LASALLE TO START '14 SEASON!
(January 27, 2014) After deciding to once again
skip Arizona and Florida early in the 2014 season, Brian Birkhofer
announced today that he is eyeing the 3rd Annual 'Thaw Brawl'
to unload his #15b for the first time this year. The LaSalle Speedway
in LaSalle, Illinois will hold the two-day extravaganza on March
28-29 and the American Late Model Series (ALMS) will preside over
the dirt-slinging action. A $2,000 top prize will be on the line
in Friday's weekend opener, while a whopping $15,000 payday will

AT WHYNOT MOTORSPORTS PARK
(October 27, 2013) Brian Birkhofer, of Muscatine,
Iowa, officially closed out his personal racing season behind
the wheel of one of Ray Moore's MB Customs racecars on October
25-26 at the Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, Mississippi.
The 19th Annual Coors Light 'Fall Classic' drew a strong field
of competitors to the Magnolia State for the $15,000 to win program.
On Friday night, Brian timed in eighth quickest in Group B during
the qualifying session and later placed fifth in his stacked heat
race. After grabbing a coveted transfer spot through his consolation
race on Saturday evening, Brian wound up twenty-first in the final

BIRKHOFER RACING CLOSES
OUT SEASON AT PPMS
13, 2013) The Birkhofer Racing team wrapped up their
version of the 2013 racing season with the final two National
Dirt Racing League (NDRL) Series events on October 11-12 at the
Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway in Imperial, Pennsylvania.
In the $10,000 to win weekend opener on Friday, Brian Birkhofer
clicked off the third quickest lap in Group A during time trials
prior to taking the win in heat race action. After starting from
the inside of the third row in the 50-lapper, Brian unfortunately
faded back to finish in the thirteenth position.
On Saturday at PPMS, a hefty $25,000 top prize was on the line
in the 25th edition of the 'Pittsburgher 100.' Brian laid down
the fifth fastest lap in Group A during the qualifying session
and later grabbed the second transfer spot through his heat race.
The Muscatine, Iowa ace then rolled off from the inside of the
fifth row in the 100-lap extra-distance affair and eventually
netted a solid eighth place performance. Following the top ten,
Brian was credited with a fifth place finish in the inaugural

ACTION AT KNOXVILLE RACEWAY
29, 2013) Brian Birkhofer and his #15b team returned
to racing action on September 26-28 at the immaculate Knoxville
Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa for the 10th Annual 'Lucas Oil Late
Model Knoxville Nationals.' The three-day Lucas Oil Late Model
Dirt Series extravaganza at the 1/2-mile Marion County Fairgrounds
facility started with a pair of $7,000 to win preliminary shows.
On Thursday, Brian unfortunately failed to transfer into the 25-lap
feature after finishing fifth in his heat race and eighteenth
in the B-Main. A similar story was told on Friday at Knoxville,
as Brian missed out on the 25-lapper by virtue of a sixth place
effort in his heat race and an eleventh place performance in the
Things ratcheted up in a big way at the black-dirt oval on Saturday
evening, as the 'Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals' headliner
boasted a hefty $40,000 top prize. Brian won the C-Main, which
advanced him into the B-Main. After starting near the back of
the pack, the Muscatine, Iowa star rallied through the field and
was sitting in a coveted transfer spot on the final circuit. Unfortunately,
Brian blew out a tire on the last lap, which dropped him to a
ninth place finish and kept him out of the 100-lap crown jewel

IN 43RD ANNUAL WORLD 100
8, 2013) Birkhofer Racing made their annual September
pilgrimage to the hallowed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio from
September 5-7 for the 43rd edition of the 'World 100.' The expanded
format started with a pair of Twin 25s with each boasting a $5,000
winner's share. On Thursday night, Brian Birkhofer won his heat
race and later moved up two spots in his 25-lapper on his way
to a strong runner-up finish behind only victor Shane Clanton.
At the "Big E" on Friday evening, Brian ran second in
his heat race prior to moving up to finish seventh in the final
rundown of the 25-lap prelim.
The huge three-day weekend then culminated on Saturday with the
$46,000 to win 'World 100.' Brian advanced up to sixth in his
stacked heat race and later grabbed the third transfer spot through
his B-Main. After rolling off from the outside of the thirteenth
row in the 100-lap crown jewel main event, the Muscatine, Iowa
ace moved forward early in the race before ultimately retiring
after 40 circuits. Brian was later paid for twenty-fifth at the
pay window following the completion of the 'World 100.' Complete

BIRKHOFER RETURNS TO
ACTION IN LONG LABOR DAY WEEKEND
(September 3, 2013) After taking the better part
of the last month off to nurse his broken right hand, Brian Birkhofer
and his #15b team roared back into action over Labor Day weekend
(August 30-September 2) in four high-profile events in the states
of Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. On Friday night at the
Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, Brian had his best run of
the weekend in the $10,000 to win Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series
showdown. The Muscatine, Iowa star laid down the quickest lap
overall during the qualifying session and later took the win in
heat race action. After starting the 50-lap main event from the
pole position, Brian trailed only victor Jimmy Owens to the checkers
to claim a strong runner-up performance.
At the Portsmouth Raceway Park in Portsmouth, Ohio on Saturday
evening, Brian ran fourth in his heat race, but later retired
early in the $15,000 to win 'Pepsi 50 River Days Rumble' and finished
twenty-fourth in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series battle.
In the 45th Annual 'Hillbilly 100,' which boasted a hefty $25,000
winner's share on Sunday at the I-77 Raceway Park in Ripley, West
Virginia, Brian finished second in his heat race, but later drew
a lap 18 caution during the feature and retired from the 100-lapper
in the twenty-sixth spot. On Monday in the holiday weekend finale
at the Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex in Markleysburg, Pennsylvania,
"Birky" was involved in a multi-car tangle on lap 28
during the $20,000 to win National Dirt Racing League (NDRL) main
event and was relegated to a disappointing nineteenth place effort
