20, 2014) Brian Birkhofer and his #15b team strolled
into I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Nebraska on July 18-19 for the
4th edition of the 'Silver Dollar Nationals.' The unique program,
which was once again sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt
Series, kicked off on Friday with a double set of heat races.
Brian ran second in his first heat race, while he blasted past
eight competitors during his second prelim to once again finish
in the runner-up position. By virtue of racking up the fourth
most points on Friday night, Brian rolled off from the outside
of the second row in Saturday's $30,000 to win headliner. During
the course of the 80-lap 'Silver Dollar Nationals,' the Muscatine,
Iowa star vaulted to as high as second to eventually garner an
impressive runner-up showing behind only victor Scott Bloomquist.

BIRKY AT GRANITE CITY & BURLINGTON
(July 13, 2014) Birkhofer Racing ventured to
Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois and 34 Raceway in
West Burlington, Iowa on July 11-12 for a pair of lucrative $10,000
to win events. On Friday night at Granite City, the Lucas Oil
Late Model Dirt Series presided over the annual running of the
'Battle at the Beach 50.' Brian Birkhofer ran third in heat race
action, which lined him up starting from the outside of the sixth
row in the 50-lap headliner. During the course of the race, which
was taped by the television cameras of the Lucas Oil Production
Studios, Brian picked off eight competitors en route to a stellar
fourth place performance behind only winner Don O'Neal, Scott
Bloomquist, and Jimmy Owens.
The dirt-slinging competition quickly shifted to Burlington on
Saturday evening, as the cars and stars of the UMP DIRTcar Summer
Nationals strolled into town. Brian clicked off the fifth fastest
lap in his group during qualifying and later advanced up to third
in his loaded heat race. After rolling off from the inside of
the fourth row in the 40-lap feature, the Muscatine, Iowa star
drove past five cars on his way to an impressive runner-up showing

3, 2014) Brian Birkhofer and his #15b team celebrated
in UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals victory lane again tonight at
LaSalle Speedway in LaSalle, Illinois! Brian knocked down the
second quickest circuit in Group A during time trials and later
scored the win in his loaded heat race over Randy Korte, Billy
Moyer, Jr., and Shannon Babb. The Muscatine, Iowa star then drew
the outside of the second row for the start of the 40-lap headliner
and quickly made his way to the front to grab the lead on lap
eleven. Brian then led the remainder of the distance to secure
the $5,000 payday over Ryan Unzicker, Bobby Pierce, Jason Feger,

(June 29, 2014) Following the win last night,
Birkhofer Racing traveled to Lincoln Speedway in Lincoln, Illinois
today for another UMP Summer Nationals tilt, which boasted a $5,000
payday. Brian Birkhofer posted the fastest lap in Group A during
the time trial session and later scored the win in his heat race
over Brian Shirley, Rich Bell, and Greg Kimmons. After drawing
the outside of the front row for the start of the 40-lapper, Brian
faded back to as far as seventh early in the race before making
a late charge. The Muscatine, Iowa standout eventually got back
up to the runner-up spot to finish behind only victor Brady Smith.

in Paducah, Kentucky, has been rained-out, series officials announced
this afternoon. The annual 'Chris Smith Memorial,' which was slated
to pay $10,000 to the winner, will not be rescheduled as part
of the "Hell Tour."
(June 21, 2014) Brian Birkhofer and his #15b
team followed the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals trail to Fairbury
American Legion Speedway in Fairbury, Illinois tonight for another
$10,000 to win battle. Brian timed in fourth quickest in Group
B during qualifying and later scored the win in heat race action.
After drawing the fourth starting spot prior to the 50-lap feature,
inclement weather hit the Fairbury area and postponed the remainder
of the program to a later date.
(June 20, 2014) Birkhofer Racing ventured to
Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Illinois tonight for a $10,000
to win UMP Summer Nationals tilt. Brian knocked down the fourth
quickest time in Group A during qualifying prior to grabbing the
third transfer spot through his heat race. After starting the
50-lap feature from the outside of the fifth row, Brian was able
to pass six competitors during the caution-free affair to place
fourth in the final rundown behind only race winner Billy Moyer,
Billy Moyer, Jr., and Brandon Sheppard.
(June 17, 2014) Brian Birkhofer and his #15b
team rejoined the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals tour tonight at
Farley Speedway in Farley, Iowa, as a $10,000 top prize was up
for grabs. Brian laid down the fastest lap in his group during
qualifying and later placed second in his heat race behind only
prelim victor Ryan Unzicker. After rolling off from the outside
of the second row in the 50-lapper, Brian was solidly inside of
the top ten when a broken rear end on lap 14 ended his night prematurely
and relegated him to a disappointing eighteenth place effort.

Series officials to cancel tonight's 'Masters' finale at Cedar
Lake Speedway, which was scheduled to pay $10,000 to the winner.
The UMP Summer Nationals event at the New Richmond, Wisconsin

(June 13, 2014) The Birkhofer Racing team stormed
into Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wisconsin tonight to
enter the first of several UMP Summer Nationals events over the
next couple of weeks. Night one of the 16th Annual 'Masters' took
place tonight at CLS and a $5,000 payday was on the line. Brian
Birkhofer qualified second fastest in Group B during time trials
and later finished second in heat race action behind only prelim
victor Rodney Sanders. After starting the 40-lap feature event
from the outside of the fourth row, "Birky" advanced
past four competitors on his way to a strong fourth place outing
behind only winner Rick Eckert, Bobby Pierce, and Rodney Sanders.
20TH ANNUAL DIRT LATE
MODEL DREAM NIGHTLY RESULTS...
7, 2014) Following his exciting win last night, Brian
Birkhofer was gunning for the hefty $100,000 top prize tonight
in the 20th edition of the 'Dirt Late Model Dream.' Unfortunately,
his evening was a very short one, as terminal motor issues during
his heat race relegated him to a thirteenth place finish and caused
him to scratch for the remainder of the night.

(June 6, 2014) Muscatine, Iowa star Brian Birkhofer
emerged victorious tonight in a photo finish in the second prelim
night for the 'Dirt Late Model Dream' at Eldora Speedway! Brian
qualified thirty-first quickest during the time trial session
prior to scoring a heat race triumph over R.J. Conley, Chris Simpson,
and Davey Johnson. After starting his Twin 25 from the pole position,
Brian actually ran second through much of the 25-lap distance
behind outside polesitter Rick Eckert. However, it was "Birky"
time on the final circuit, as he crossed under Eckert coming off
of turn four and was declared the $5,000 winner after several
minutes of officials reviewing all video and camera angles. Behind
Brian at the finish line was Eckert (by inches), Billy Moyer,
Shannon Babb, and Kent Robinson!!!
(June 5, 2014) The 20th edition of the 'Dirt
Late Model Dream' kicked off tonight at the famed Eldora Speedway
in Rossburg, Ohio, as a pair of Twin 25s were held - each boasting
$2,500 paydays. Brian Birkhofer clicked off the sixth fastest
lap during the qualifying session and later placed third in his
loaded heat race behind only prelim winner Bobby Pierce and runner-up
Jeep Van Wormer. After starting his 25-lap feature event from
the inside of the sixth row, Brian picked off four competitors
to claim a solid seventh place effort in the weekend opener.
BIRKHOFER POCKETS $5,000
AT FEDERATED RACEWAY AT I-55!!!
1, 2014) Brian Birkhofer Racing picked up their first
feature win of the 2014 racing season on Saturday night, May 31
at Federated Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri! The MARS DIRTcar
Series roared into the St. Louis area venue and a strong field
of cars were present in the pit area. Brian Birkhofer won his
heat race from the pole position and later rolled off from the
outside of the second row in the 40-lap feature event. The Muscatine,
Iowa ace then passed leader Billy Moyer for the point on lap 32
and led the remainder of the distance to score the $5,000 payday
over Moyer, Randy Korte, Billy Moyer, Jr., and Jason Feger!
On Friday evening, May 30, the #15b team wound up in the pit
area at Farmer City Raceway in Farmer City, Illinois for the 'Douglas
Dodge 50.' The American Late Model Series (ALMS) presided over
the show, which also boasted a $5,000 top prize. Brian timed in
fourth quickest in his group during qualifying prior to claiming
the fourth transfer spot in his heat race. After starting the
50-lap main event from the outside of the eighth row, Brian stormed
past fourteen competitors to record an impressive runner-up showing

22ND ANNUAL LUCAS OIL
SHOW-ME 100 NIGHTLY RESULTS...
24, 2014) Things wrapped up tonight at Lucas Oil Speedway
in Wheatland, Missouri, as the final night of the 22nd Annual
Lucas Oil 'Show-Me 100' took place in front of a huge crowd and
a host of television cameras. Brian Birkhofer placed tenth in
his consolation race tonight and later advanced up to fifth in
the Non-Qualifiers Race. Unfortunately, the Muscatine, Iowa standout
was unable to advance into the $30,000 to win crown jewel main
event, which was ultimately won by Don O'Neal.
(May 23, 2014) The stakes were raised tonight
at Lucas Oil Speedway, as preliminary action was held for the
22nd edition of the Lucas Oil 'Show-Me 100,' which boasts a hefty
$30,000 payday. A total of 65 drivers took part in time trials
tonight for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and Lucas Oil
Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) co-sanctioned event
at the Wheatland, Missouri facility. Brian Birkhofer posted the
twenty-third quickest time in Group B during qualifying and later
ran ninth in his stacked heat race. However, Brian capped off
the disappointing evening by emerging victorious in the $1,000
to win Race of Champions, which included former 'Show-Me 100'
winners, as well as past Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and
Lucas Oil MLRA Series Champions!
(May 22, 2014) The huge three-day Lucas Oil
'Show-Me 100' weekend kicked off tonight at the state-of-the-art
Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri with the inaugural running
of the 'Cowboy Classic,' which was sanctioned by the Lucas Oil
MLRA Series. Brian Birkhofer laid down the twenty-fifth fastest
lap in Group B during the qualifying session and later finished
tenth in his loaded heat race and eleventh in his B-Main. Unfortunately,
Brian was not able to transfer into the $5,045 to win main event,
which was won by Scott Bloomquist.
LOLMDS SPRING SHOOTOUT
17, 2014) The Birkhofer Racing team returned to dirt-slinging
action tonight at LaSalle Speedway in LaSalle, Illinois, as the
second night of the 'Spring Shootout' went off without a hitch.
Brian Birkhofer earned the fourth and final transfer spot through
his stacked heat race, as he trailed prelim winner Scott Bloomquist,
Don O'Neal, and John Blankenship. After starting the $10,000 to
win Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series main event from the outside
of the seventh row, Brian wound up twentieth in the final rundown
of the 50-lapper tonight at the 1/4-mile bullring.
(May 16, 2014) Night one of the Lucas Oil Late
Model Dirt Series 'Spring Shootout' at LaSalle Speedway - scheduled
for later tonight - has been canceled due to inclement weather
and a poor evening forecast. With a more favorable forecast projected
for tomorrow, the $10,000 to win program for Saturday night at
the LaSalle, Illinois 1/4-mile oval will proceed as scheduled!
BIRKY THIRD AT DAVENPORT;
SEVENTH AT MAQUOKETA
11, 2014) Brian Birkhofer and his #15b team were in
action in their home state of Iowa on May 9-10, as they entered
a pair of $3,000 to win Lucas Oil MLRA Series and Corn Belt Clash
co-sanctioned battles. On Friday night at the 1/4-mile at Davenport
Speedway in Davenport, Brian passed six cars in his heat race
to finish third and later rolled off from the inside of the second
row in the 40-lap main event. The Muscatine, Iowa ace was then
able to grab the top spot around the halfway mark and led up until
lap 30 when eventual winner Chris Simpson made the winning move.
Brian was able to hold onto a third place performance at Davenport,
as he trailed only winner Chris Simpson and runner-up Terry Phillips
at the checkers.
In a rare visit to Jackson County Speedway in Maquoketa on Saturday
evening, another $3,000 top prize was on the line. Brian ran second
in heat race action prior to starting the 40-lap feature event
from the outside of the third row. "Birky" quickly blasted
up to the second position and raced for the lead early in the
headliner before ultimately fading back to a seventh place outing.

3, 2014) The #15b team wrapped up the Lucas Oil Late
Model Dirt Series tripleheader weekend tonight with a visit to
Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, Kentucky. Brian Birkhofer
qualified fifth quickest in Group A during the time trial session
and later finished third in his heat race behind only Billy Moyer
and Don O'Neal. After starting the $10,000 to win feature event
from the inside of the fifth row, Brian was involved in an early
race caution, but eventually salvaged a respectable eleventh place
effort in the 50-lapper.

Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series to Tri-City Speedway in Granite
City, Illinois tonight, as a $10,000 top prize was on the line.

timed in eighth fastest in Group A during the qualifying session
and later grabbed the fourth and final transfer spot through his
heat race behind only prelim winner Brian Shirley, Brandon Sheppard,
and Dennis Erb, Jr. After starting the 100-lapper from the inside
of the eighth row, the Muscatine, Iowa standout made a steady
charge through the field, as he picked off eight competitors on
his way to a solid seventh place performance.
